Email that address and include the email on your Refocus account. For anything that is not covered below, the contact page uses the same inbox.
Sign in
- Google: choose Continue with Google on the login page.
- Email and password: use the same login page.
- You signed up with Google and want a password: open Forgot password. We email a link that sets a password on that same account.
Sessions
Book from your dashboard after you sign in. If a session did not start, or you need a booking changed, email us the date and time.
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. On the website, use Settings → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account. What we keep is described in the privacy policy.
